Baking thought for the Day

I love adding this to recipes in place of vanilla. I think it tastes and smells better than vanilla. I'm not enough of a baking/cooking expert to recommend the pure or imitation stuff. It seems like I'm cheap and always buy the imitation stuff. P.S. Today we made bannana bread, I used almond instead of vanilla. Loved it.

Great tip, I need to try this more. Also, I have never made real bannana bread. I have always been too scared to try.
