October Family Home Evening

I showed my kids some episodes of this tv show.
It's perfect for the month of October.
We all enjoyed it!
(You can watch these shows through Amazon or YouTube.)

We also went to the
We let the kids pick short videos they want to watch.
These are always some of our best Family Home Evenings,
when we watch theses videos.
We always learn something, the kids pay better attention,
and each message is always very direct and important.

We also made pumpkin pie milkshakes!
I love this recipe from Our Best Bites.
Treats are the key to fun Family Nights.

What'cha Watchin?

I loved watching Joan of Arc on our BYUTV channel.

I just discovered the Feeln' channel for watching hallmark movies
and clean family movies! There is a monthly or annual fee,
depending on which plan you choose.
We don't have cable, and I was missing
and wanting to watch all the Cheesy Christmas movies from Hallmark.
Feeln' takes care of that for me!

With lots of great mini videos, and ways to celebrate the season.

Happy Holiday Watching

What will you watch on TV tomorrow?

I'm hoping to watch Sis. Monson's funeral on BYUTV.
It will also be streamed online too.
I always feel badly when a prophet loses his spouse.
I think their wives provide great strength to them.
The more I learn about Sis. Monson the more I stand in awe at her many sacrifices,
throughout her whole married life.

On a happier note,
my kids, and our whole family
are enjoying some great shows on BYUTV.

We all love Studio C.
A clean comedy show.
I love watching my kids laugh uncontrollably.
It makes me laugh every time too.

My kids have gotten into Granite Flats.
It's really great watching clean, tv shows as a family.

Outnumbered

Have you seen this tv show?

It's Hysterical, a family comedy on the BBC.
Chris stumbled upon it by accident one night on our local PBS station.
It's a great stress reliever after a long day of dealing with our kids, life, and family.
Watching this show makes me feel tons better,
and I laugh a lot.

If you're having Cosby or Family Ties  withdrawals after all these years, this show might be your answer.
