6 pork chops (I buy boneless for this recipe)
Mix these ingredients together in a large bowl for the sauce/gravy:
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. ketchup
3 tsp. worchestire sauce
1 md. onion chopped
*I often triple the sauce because I like to smother my meat in gravy/sauce.
I always make these pork chops with mashed potatoes. ( I fake it and use instant mashed potatoes.)
It's nice to have extra sauce/gravy for the potatoes.
Place pork chops in a roasting pan. (I often use a glass pyrex dish)
Pour sauce on top of pork chops.
(If you want to freeze this meal. Place the meat with sauce in freezer now.
It freezes great! I double the recipe when I freeze it. One pan for that night, another pan for another night. Just cook it longer if frozen, or let it thaw first, then bake as explained below.)
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
or 300 for 2-3 hours (This way will make it more tender.
I never think/plan far enough ahead and always do it for an hour)
*Great recipe for when you are about to have a baby,
or when you're in charge of the dinner the day of the baby blessing.
Great for company - A quick easy dinner that "looks" like you spent a long time in the kitchen.

Sounds fabulous! Thanks for sharing! I wonder if it would be good with chicken too--I don't have pork in the freezer at the moment--will have to get some right away!
What? You make this in the oven? That is so weird. Mom gave me the skillet version. I need to try this way, less work.
I'm FB friends with Sara. I was in touch with Brooke until a couple of years ago. She had just had her 4th. 2 boys and 2 girls. That's all I know. But, I'm glad to be in touch with you! :)
