Twister strikes Family Home Evening

Our kids like to play Twister.  We played this week for Monday's Family Home Evening.
To add a "twist" to the game; sometimes we let a kid do the board by himself, and we all watch them.
We also let the person who spins use all of our body parts. For example, Put your right eyelash on red, put your bum on green, put your left knee on yellow, put your belly button on blue, etc. You get the idea. This puts the kids into giggles every time.

*(If you look closely at the pictures you can see Sadie was very busy during the game. Toting a suitcase in one picture and carrying her baby in another picture.)

Here are a couple of quotes I found from the lds website that I really liked:

"Latter-day prophets continue to urge Church members to give highest priority to family home evening."

"Although family home evening should begin and end with prayer, it is not intended to be a formal class. In a statement regarding family home evening in 1915, the First Presidency said that "formality and stiffness should be studiously avoided, and all the family should participate in the exercises."
Family home evening can be held by every family and in a variety of different ways."
