Have children gather toys that need battery replacements.
Replace old batteries for new batteries in the toys.
Play!! Have Christmas morning all over again!
**Special Note: Complete Failure of an idea today in our home. Kids would not gather toys. When I finally did, and replaced batteries myself. Not one child played with toys.** (More special notes to me: take toys to D.I.)

It really soudns like a good idea! Too bad it didn't work. I bought that bubble thing you raved about for Haylee yesterday and it was a flop. She can't do it herself and just got frustrated. It was suppossed to entertain her for hours. It was such a good idea in my head.
