Crock without crocking!

This meal is prepared and cooked in under 10 min. It's a snap, I love it!
You get this can of Campbell's Soup. Open and pour in pan,
then you add these cans to the pan too.
  • a can of chicken
  • a can of corn (undrained, since it's soup you want the extra water)
  • a can of black beans or kidney beans (again don't drain, just dump the whole can in the pan)
Let it all cook for about 5-10 min on med high until warm.
Then serve/garnish with tortilla chips, grated cheese, and sour cream.
I love it, I keep the ingredients in my pantry and use this idea when I don't feel like cooking.
It's relatively cheap too. Maybe $3-4 for all the cans not including garnish items.
All these cans feed about 5-6 people. Easy to double too, if you need to serve more.

yum, that looks really good! Instead of making dinner I'm blogging but maybe it's worth it because I'll make this up in 5 minutes. sounds like you having some doubt about your recent rental
