Have Worry Time

I recently heard a guest speaker at a relief society meeting. If I remember she said something like this,
"Women worry. We worry all day. To help with our worries, we should have worry time. Why should we make time for worry when we do it all day? To have productive worry time, instead.
We need to set aside a time each day to worry. Make a list of each thing we are worried about. From that list, fix what we can that day. The rest let go of. There is nothing we can do. Try not to think about your other worries the rest of the day.
Have productive worry. Worry, only about the things you can fix that day. Repeat exercise each day."
One more thing, Elder Holland gave a talk at BYU in September. Click the title to read it. A good read when you need a pick-me up.
