Happy Rhubarb Pie Day!

Today is Chris' b-day!

He loves rhubarb pie, not strawberry-rhubarb pie, just rhubarb pie.

I didn't have any rhubarb around the house today.

(It's been a while since I've been to the grocery store.)

Nor, did I have it in me to make a wonderful, delicious, mouth watering pie.

This post and picture will have to do, instead.
