Easy Peasy Fruit Cobbler

Layer any fruit on the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
You can use any berry - raspberry, blackberry, etc.
or apples (cored, sliced, & peeled), peaches, cherries, etc.
Or use most canned fruit (drain all the juices before putting in pan)

Then, dump a whole box of dry Yellow Cake Mix on top of your fruit.

Next, you put the butter on top of the cake mix. I use 1 stick of butter.
Bake at 350 for about 40 min. + until golden brown,
(Watch for it to become a little crusty and bubbly.)
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
So Delicious without all the fuss. So Easy.

Ok, this is truly one of my most favorite desserts! To make AND eat! Thanks for reminding me that I haven't made it in a while. I think I see a Sunday night treat coming on!
